And then there was Ronda.

We roll into this little town of Ronda, which is somewhere in the mountains of Spain.  You can roll me up into the fetal position and just leave me in Ronda.  This was the best so far!

We parked the car and took off on foot.  (Because the one million steps I'd already taken on this trip were not enough for my personal trainer The Marque de Sonja).

Stopped in a little shop to pick up something for our grandson.  Entered into a conversation, in Spanish, with the lady that was the shopkeeper and she told us that last year, Michelle Obama had been in the store.  At least that's what I thought she said.  My spanish is a little rusty.  She either told us that or she told me I had stepped in something outside the store.

Sonja fired up her walking shoes again and we took off uphill some more.

I just thought this dog was cool.
After all this walking, it must be time to sit down and enjoy a meal.  We went to this little outdoor plaza and asked the waiter to take our picture.  And as I was moving into my Brad Pitt pose...  he took the best live action shot ever.

Now, those of you that know me, you know that I don't drink.  But I do like non-alcoholic beer and Spain is where that originated.  So, of course, I didn't want to offend our hosts.  Beer for breakfast!

Just when we thought Ronda could get no better.  We came across it.

Wait for it...

Wait for it...

Wait for it...

The Puente Nuevo!!!!   Which is spanish for "are you frick'n kidding me?"

We got back into our car, and we couldn't speak.  No words could come out that would adequately describe what we had just seen.
